Catherine spent the first 20 years of her working life in the pharmaceutical industry, promoting medicines across the NHS. Here, she learned the importance of good stakeholder management, quality, targeted marketing activities and clear socialisation of ideas. Working closely with the NHS has helped Catherine to develop a clear understanding of both the frustrations and the joys of working in the public sector, where change is endemic.
Catherine moved into a quality improvement role in 2013. She is an expert in LEAN methodologies and is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner. Her passion, apart from raising her two daughters to be the best they can be, is to help embed change considerately, through strong people and programme management.
She has a proven track record across many areas of both the public and private sector and is known for her strong focus on putting 'people first, process second' and is a big fan of the famous quote by Benjamin Franklin, "When you're finished changing, you're finished."
